This is an application for a writ of prohibition to restrain the judge of the Second Division of the Pulaski Chancery Court from proceeding further in a suit brought against petitioners by the administratrix of the estate of Beuben W. Bredlow, deceased, and to require said chancellor to transfer the cause to the Pulaski Circuit Court.
