¶ 1. Joe Tynan appeals from a judgment entered on his promissory estoppel claim in favor of defendants JBVBB, LLC, ABFM Corporation and ABQC Corporation. Tynan claims: (1) there was insufficient evidence to support the trial court's finding that regardless of whether the plaintiff had held out for a long-term employment contract, no contract would have come to fruition; (2) the trial court erred in precluding expectation damages in favor of reliance damages on the promissory estoppel claim; and (3) this court can determine his severance damages and remand for a determination of bonus damages…
