This -action was brought in the district 'court in and for Tulsa county, state of Oklahoma, by the Skelly Oil Company, a corporation, plaintiff, against the Globe Oil Company, a corporation, Nelson L. Barnes, T. R. Karnes, Calvin O. Smith. R. R. Smith, G. G. Gillette, John O. Mitchell, Ft. Dearborn Trust & Savings Bank, a corporation,- and Frank M. Forrey, defendants.
