Plaintiff mortgagors challenge the practice whereby defendant savings and loan associations and building and loan associations charge monthly interest on mortgage loans at the beginning of each monthly period. This challenge is based on alleged violations of the Consumer Credit Protection Act, “Truth-in-Lending,” 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq. (Count I), and the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1, 2 (Count II).
