The petitioner was granted an absolute divorce from the defendant at the April Term, 1925, of Windham county court. The custody of a minor child was granted to her, and alimony to a substantial amount was awarded her. Before entering the decree, the court' submitted to counsel a tentative draft of its findings of fact.
