On May 28, 2002, this Court ordered Plaintiffs’ counsel, Rodney R. Sweetland, III, to show cause why monetary sanctions, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 37(b), 1 should not be imposed against him and/or his clients in connection with his failure to provide complete and non-evasive answers to ten interrogatories that he had been directed personally to answer by a previous court order.
