Charley Posey became disabled on June 27, 1924, by a loss of fifty per cent, of the vision of his right eye, by reason *724of a small rock being hurled into it by a dynamite explosion. An agreement was entered into between the employer, Haralson County, and the employee, covering compensation for the injury, which was paid in full, the last installment having been paid on August 26, 1925.
