This ease involves an award of additional compensation on account of a change in condition, resulting in the claimant’s increased disability, on application for a review under the Code, § 114-709. The director who heard the claim found that since the final payment to the claimant of the compensation which had been awarded to him on July 28, 1937, his condition had changed and his disability had increased.
