This action for negligence arose out of a slip-and-fall accident wherein plaintiff *695Anna Jaworski sustained injuries in one of defendant’s stores. Plaintiff appeals from an order of the Court of Appeals affirming a jury verdict of no cause of action. The sole issue on appeal is whether the trial court committed reversible error by instructing the jury on the issue of contributory negligence.
