Action for declaration of heirship. Both appellant and appellees filed applications for declaration of heirship in the probate court, appellant Christine Lowrey (the stepdaughter of Virginia B. Cantu) alleging that she was the sole and only heir of Virginia B. Cantu, and appellees (Bonifacio C. Botello et al — half brothers and half sisters of Virginia B.
