THIS MATTER COMES BEFORE THE COURT on Creditor First Palmetto Savings Bank, FSB’s (“First Palmetto”) motion to dismiss the above-captioned case pursuant 11 U.S.C. § 1112 1 or, in the alternative, to convert the case to a case under Chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (“Motion”).
