Before the court is a Motion filed by Lakefront Investors LLC (“Lakefront”), TrustCapital Investments, LLC (“Trust-Capital”), Equity Trust Company Custodian FBO Nicholas John Lazarchick IRA and Nicholas John Lazarchick (TTEE) (collectively referred to as the “Lenders”), in each of the above-captioned Chapter 11 cases, seeking the appointment of a Chapter 11 Trustee or in the alternative, the conversion of the case to Chapter 7.
