This matter is before the Court on defendants’ motion to dismiss the complaint and quash service of process on the grounds that both defendants are diplomatically immune from suit. 1 Plaintiff Lucia Mabel Gonzalez Parades, a domestic worker from Paraguay, brought this lawsuit against her former employers, Jose Luis Vila and his wife Monica Nielsen.
