Plaintiff Henry DuLaurence filed this action against Liberty Mutual, his one*76time employer, and Arthur Telegen, the lawyer who represented Liberty Mutual during an employment termination action that DuLaurence pursued against Liberty Mutual in Massachusetts Superior Court.
