Relators seek an order directing Judge Abies to disqualify himself from the two pending cases, and prohibiting him from taking further action in their eases, and have requested expedited consideration of the matter by this court. Because these cases are set for trial on April 21, 1997, we have given expedited consideration to this matter. However, we deny leave to file the petition for the reasons set out in this opinion.
