This matter comes before the Court on two motions. The first is a “Motion for Relief from Stay or in the Alternative Adequate Protection Payments” filed by Wells Fargo Financial Georgia, Inc. (“Wells Fargo”) seeking alternatively, relief from the automatic stay, adequate protection payments with a superpriority, or equal monthly payments.
