Pursuant to article VI, section 3 of the Colorado Constitution and C.A.R. 21, the prosecution seeks a writ in the nature of prohibition to prevent enforcement of the district court’s order to disclose the identities *876of a confidential informant and an unnamed person in the narcotics cases against Steven Kressin and his wife, Sylvia Kressin. We issued a rule to show cause and now make the rule absolute in part and discharge the rule in part. We direct the district court to conduct further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
