The accused was convicted of violations of Article 92, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 892, stemming from his alleged black-market activities while serving as an airman in England. Intermediate appellate authorities, while modifying his sentence, affirmed the court-martial’s findings of guilty.
