George W. Latimer, Judge:

As a consequence of one evening’s activity, the accused was convicted of the offenses of unauthorized absence, violating a general regulation, reckless driving, and fleeing from the scene of an accident, in violation of Articles 86, 92, 111, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 886, 892, 911, and 934, respectively. These findings of guilty were affirmed, and his sentence was modified by the convening authority.
