MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

LUNGSTRUM, District Judge.

Nancy Eslinger, plaintiff, contends that her employer, U.S. Central Credit Union (“U.S. Central”), discriminated against her on the basis of her sex in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended by the Civil Rights Act of 1991, 42 U.S.C.A § 2000e et seq. (West 1981 & Supp. 1994). Defendant denies that plaintiffs termination of employment with U.S. Central constitutes unlawful discrimination and has moved for summary judgment of plaintiffs claim (Doc. # 56).
