This retaliatory discharge case was tried to the court on October 3, 1994. Plaintiff presented her evidence and rested. At the close of plaintiffs case, the defendant moved for judgment as a matter of law (doe. 60). The court took the motion under advisement. The defendant presented its evidence and rested.
