{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a final judgment of the court of common pleas in an action commenced by a township police officer following termination of his employment. The action was brought on two claims for relief: the officer’s administrative appeal contesting his termination and a claim for relief alleging tortious interference with the officer’s employment relationship by the township’s chief of police.
