These claims, brought under the Contract Disputes Act of 1978 (41 U.S.C. Sec. 601, et seq.), are before the court on plaintiffs’ motion for an order finding jurisdiction and for partial summary judgment, and on defendant’s cross-motion to dismiss. The initial claim was filed by General Dynamics Corporation (No. 99-45C). The claim of Electric Boat Corporation (No. 99-865C), a wholly-owned subsidiary of General Dynamics Corporation, is based on the same contract and breach of contract theory as the General Dynamics claim and was filed as a protective pleading in…
