This legal malpractice case arises from a law firm’s representation of a homebuilder in a case asserting breach of contract to construct a home brought by the home’s purchasers. Adair Homes, Inc.,1 entered into a home construction contract with Paul and Renee Haynes and constructed the home. After the home was built, the Hayneses filed breach of contract, breach of warranty, and other claims against Adair Homes.
