Case Summary

Charles J. DesJardins appeals his conviction of two counts of Child Molesting as Class A Felonies, 1 and one count of Child Exploitation as a Class D Felony. 2 Specifically, DesJardins alleges that the trial court erred by refusing to allow him to play four hours of videotape for the jury in addition to the four minutes already played by the State. He also argues the trial court improperly responded to a question by the jury, thereby coercing it into a guilty verdict.
