On October 12,1989, Universal Transportation Services, Inc., entered into a contract with Paul Arpin Van Lines, Inc. Arpin is primarily in the business of moving and storing household goods and furniture. Universal is in the business of soliciting customers and accounts for moving and storage companies. The contract had a term of three years, with a provision for year-to-year extensions after the three-year term had expired.
