RICHARD E. ROBINSON, Chief Judge.
This matter was tried to the Court commencing on December 1st, 1969. After receipt of the evidence the matter has been thoroughly briefed by the respective parties. The Court is now prepared to render its decision, announcing its findings of fact and conclusions of law.
This case arises because of the alleged negligence, through its agents, of the Veterans Administration Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska [VA] in the treatment of the plaintiff during a brief visit in mid-1959 and a subsequent intermittent but still extended hospitalization over a 15 month…
