OPINION

GONZALEZ, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment denying a permanent injunction and damages based on a violation of a noncompetition agreement. Appellant, Diesel Injection *570Sales & Service, Inc. (Diesel), brought suit against appellees, Kevin Renfro, John Way, Hector Gonzalez and Steve Hudson for breach of their employment contracts. Diesel also sought damages against Schwing Diesel Company (Schwing) for intentional interference with contractual relationships and slander. After a bench trial, the trial court entered a take nothing judgment for plaintiff. We affirm.
