OPINION

NYE, Chief Justice.

This is a suit for tortious interference with a contractual or business relationship and for tortious interference with a prospective employment relationship. The jury found that appellant, Exxon Corporation (Exxon) interfered with a contractual or business relationship between appellee Robert Allsup and King Ranch, Incorporated (King Ranch), and that Exxon negligently and with malice “handled” Allsup’s employment relationship.
