Thomas Gibbons, an employee of Savannah Sugar Refining Corporation, sustained an accidental injury on July 20, <1962, which arose out of and in the course of his employment. That injury resulted in his death on July 28, 1962. Dorothy Gibbons, his widow, for herself and for the ■minor children of Thomas Gibbons, filed a claim with the State Board of Workmen’s Compensation against the employer and its insurer.
