MEMORANDUM
BLAKE, District Judge.
Now pending before this court are motions and a cross-motion for summary judgment pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56 brought by each of the parties remaining in the case. This case involves disputes that arose out of a truck dealership agreement between Volvo Trucks North America, Inc. (“VTNA”) and Hale Trucks of Maryland, LLC (“Hale Trucks”) that established Hale Trucks as a dealer of Volvo trucks.
