ROSENN, Circuit Judge:
The determination of a reasonable attorney’s fee for a prevailing party under a fee shifting statute generally is a disagreeable and tedious task, especially where the fee petition is vigorously contested and the petition is in behalf of numerous lawyers who worked on the appeal.
