DICKINSON, District Judge.
The motion now before the court relates wholly to the form of decree, which is appropriate, following *439findings which were made by the court as expressed in the opinion handed down.
The question involved in the framing of this decree is whether it should be confined to the awarding of an injunction, with costs and nominal damages, or whether there should be also an accounting for profits.
