delivered tbe following opinion:
Libel in tbis case was filed June 23, 1916, alleging that tbe sloop Regalo and tbe schooner Esperanza left tbe port of San Juan early in tbe morning of May 14, 1916, both on a voyage towards tbe east end of tbe Island, and came into collision off Castillo San Gerónimo, in wbicb tbe sloop received injuries wbicb caused ber to founder. Damages are claimed for $724.40 for injury to boat, cargo, and effects of mariners.
