This cause is before the Court on the defendants Aetna Life Insurance Company (“Aetna”) and NewMarket Corporation (“NewMarket”)’s Motion for Reconsideration of this Court’s order denying their motions to dismiss or, in the alternative, for amendment of the order to add a certificate for interlocutory appeal (docket entry 21).
