The appellee Ishee brought this action in the Circuit Court of Jones County against the appellant the Mengel Company, a corporation engaged in the sawmill business, to recover the sum of $668.33 and 100 percent “liquidated damages ’ ’ and reasonable attorney’s fee and costs, which he claimed was due him by the defendant for ‘ ‘ overtime hours” worked by him as one of its employees.
