DELEHANT, District Judge.
The plaintiff, a citizen and resident of Nebraska, filed this action in the District Court of Lancaster County, Nebraska, to recover from the defendant, an Illinois corporation doing business in Neraska, the sum of $437.12, as overtime wages and liquidated damages, alleged to be due to him in consequence of the defendant’s disregard of the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, together with attorney’s fee and costs.
