Luke Dallis (“Dallis”) brought a breach of contract action against his former employer, Don Cunningham and Associates (“DCA”), seeking payment of sales commissions he allegedly earned while employed as a sales representative. He also sued Don Cunningham (“Cunningham”) individually for tor-tiously inducing DCA to breach its employment contract with Dallis. 1 After a four-day trial, a jury found in favor of Dallis on both counts and awarded compensatory damages of $73,271.
