Opinion by Justice RODRIGUEZ.

Appellant, State & County Mutual Fire Insurance Company, brings this appeal following the trial court’s granting of a partial summary and declaratory judgment in favor of appellees, Santos and Patricia Macias. By one issue, appellant contends the trial court erred in granting appellees’ motion for summary and declaratory judgment because appellant’s personal auto policies issued ⅛ Texas do not cover “inherent diminished value” as a matter of law. We affirm.
