I agree with the majority’s holdings that the trial court erred by failing to grant a motion by defendant FedEx Ground Package System, Inc. (FedEx) for a directed verdict on plaintiffs’ intentional interference with economic relations claim and that the trial court properly denied FedEx’s motion for a directed verdict on plaintiffs’ fraud claim.
