The Cranes West Coal and Coke Company filed its bill in the Circuit Court of Wise coimty against the Virginia Iron, Coal and Coke Company, the Manhattan Trust Company, trustee, and the Wew York Trust Company, trustee, praying that the Virginia Iron, Coal and Coke Company he restrained from mining, removing, and selling the coal under a tract of land sold by Samuel Horn to Clayton Meade.
