Appeal from a decree of the Corporation Court of the city of Newport News, pronounced May 31, 1901, in a suit in chancery, wherein the appellant was the complainant, and the appellees were the defendants.

Appellant, Thomas B. Henley, filed his bill in the Corporation Court of the city of. Newport News, in which he alleges that he and one J. E. Warren were, prior to the 31st of January, 1901, partners in the real estate business under the firm name of Henley & Warren, and upon that day the firm was dissolved, and the business continued by Henley in the same office, which is in a room immediately above the basement of a building then owned by one H.
