MEMORANDUM

TRAUGER, District Judge.

Pending before the court are two motions. The plaintiff has filed a Motion to Remand this case to the Davidson County Circuit Court, from which the Wyeth defendants removed it. (Docket No. 18) This motion is opposed by the Wyeth defendants (Docket No. 20), but no response has been filed by defendant James W. Johnson, M.D. 1 The second motion is defendant Dr. Johnson’s Motion to Dismiss (Docket No. 13), to which the plaintiff has responded in opposition.
