CUMMINGS, Circuit Judge.

This case involves application of the Bankruptcy Code to inter vivos spendthrift trusts benefiting a debtor in bankruptcy. The bankruptcy court held that the property of the debtor’s estate that could be made available to creditors under the Bankruptcy Code included: (1) the debtor’s interest in the distribution of the corpus of the spendthrift trusts; and (2) distributions of income from the trusts made to the debtor within 180 days following the filing of the bankruptcy petition.
