This is an appeal of the district court's order affirming the bankruptcy court’s revocation of the debtors’ discharge. The bankruptcy trustee filed a complaint seeking revocation of the debtors’ discharge, and a judgment against the debtors based upon the debtors’ failure to report proceeds Daniel J. Yonikus received from a personal injury settlement. The bankruptcy court, Judge Larry Lessen, agreeing with the trustee, found that the personal injury settlement was “property of the estate” which the debtor fraudulently failed to report on the bankruptcy…
