Petitioner Marcos Ortiz-Cervantes (Ortiz) seeks review of the final order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), dismissing his appeal from the immigration judge’s (IJ) decision granting voluntary departure, and denying his motion to remand for further consideration of application for cancellation of removal under 8 U.S.C. § 1229b(b)(l). We dismiss for lack of jurisdiction.
