¶ 1 In this breach of contract action, Schnader, Harrison, Segal, & Lewis, LLP (“Schnader”) appeals the trial court’s order denying its motion for summary judgment and granting the motion for summary judgment filed by Appellees Frank H. Abbott (“Abbott”) and Vincent P.
