Paul F. Humberston, Carol J. Humber-ston, James F. Humberston and Tennille L. Humberston, (collectively “Appellants” or “Humberstons”) appeal from the July 23, 2012 order that sustained the preliminary objections filed by Chevron U.S.A., Inc. (“Chevron”) and Keystone Vacuum, Inc. (“Keystone”) and dismissed Appellants’ complaint with prejudice. We affirm.
