Justice CASTILLE.

This case is before the Court following our remand for further consideration in light of our decision in Commonwealth v. Glass, 562 Pa. 187, 754 A.2d 655 (2000), where this Court held that Article I, Section 8 of the Pennsylvania Constitution does not categorically prohibit the issuance of anticipatory search warrants. We agree with the Commonwealth that the Superior Court panel below erred in requiring a degree of certitude in this search warrant affidavit that is *264inconsistent with the inherently contingent nature of anticipatory warrants.
