This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Cole County, Missouri, approving an order of the Public Service Commission. The controversy, which the relator, St. Paul & Kansas City Short Line Railroad Company, sought to have .the commission adjust, was the apportionment of the cost of the construction of an underpass in the separation of a grade crossing of a county road in Caldwell County and the railroad tracks of relator.
